Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued by Manuel Ogomigo LTD. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

We specialize in:

  • Building products with no-code solutions.

Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refunds: Clients are eligible for a full refund if the project has not been initiated or if requested within 7 days of the service agreement, provided no significant work has been completed. "Significant work" is defined as any substantial progress in design, development, or consultation that has been delivered or reviewed with the client.
  • Partial Refunds: If work has commenced but is not complete, clients may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed in relation to the total project scope.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Some services, including consulting sessions, completed design work, and third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client, are non-refundable. These will be clearly communicated to the client at the start of the engagement.

Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund, clients must contact Manuel Ogomigo LTD via email at [email protected].
  • Refund requests should include the client's name, service availed, and reason for the request.
  • All requests must be submitted within 14 days of the service agreement date or project initiation.

Processing Refunds

  • Refund requests will be processed within 3-14 days of receipt.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Exceptions

  • Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Manuel Ogomigo LTD.
